We are a construction and engineering company that designs and manufactures complete modular homes, compliant with all European standards of quality, safety and energy efficiency.
Solid structure, not temporary cabins
Unlike wooden cabins or temporary constructions, Modulhouse houses are durable constructions, made on a robust metal frame, filled with lightweight, monolithic cellular concrete, which ensures:
structural durability,
excellent thermal and sound insulation,
protection against pests, moisture and fire.
Each house consists of 4–6 industrial modules, fully equipped, which are assembled on site in just 2–5 days. A modern, fast and safe system — just like a “builder” for your permanent home.
Modulhouse production is located in Romania, in the city of Arad.
Soon, we will open a second production center in Bucharest, for even faster delivery times throughout the country and beyond.
We deliver our houses to any European country.
Transport is not included in the price of the house, but we calculate the cost of delivery separately and offer you the most advantageous logistics option, depending on the location of your project.
We also take care of unloading and positioning on site, if necessary.
