Module structure

A fully finished sanitary module is a prefabricated technology for manufacturing a sanitary unit off-site. The variability of the design allows the implementation of the technology at any stage, while maintaining the technical and economic performance specifications of the project. This is one of the key advantages of MODULHOUSE sanitary modules. Over the 6 years of production, STM has undergone numerous transformations, the purpose of which was to bring the final product to the highest quality of execution. The goal was achieved. Design
We have developed and patented a technology for manufacturing reinforced concrete floors in a modular design, eliminating wet processes during installation and obtaining an ideally flat surface. The correct geometry and high rigidity of the STM are ensured by a frame made of LSTC profile.

Electrical wiring is installed using a hidden installation method, with the possibility of subsequent maintenance and modernization. Mandatory pre-installation of the DSUP system (additional potential equalization system). Pre-installed lighting elements (surface/recessed lights, LED panels, including hidden lighting with LED devices). Electric underfloor heating (including the possibility of installing a water underfloor heating circuit), depending on the wishes of the Customer.

Water supply
Cold water supply, hot water supply, sewage, ventilation and electrical wiring are carried out directly within the STM, strictly in accordance with the needs of the customer and with mandatory compliance with the norms and rules for performing installation work. Horizontal placement of water supply and sewage systems according to the Customer's specifications. Sewerage columns are initially integrated into the STM.
